35 g breadcrumbs (1/3 cup)

25 g cornstarch (3 tsp)

1 egg

45 ml of water (3 tablespoons)

1 teaspoon of salt

DIRECTIONS

Mix the beef, breadcrumbs, 40g onion, egg, salt and black pepper

Separate into 4

Cooking in a pan for 10 min

Add beef broth, sliced ​​onion and mushrooms

Bring to a boil

Turn heat to low, cover, and cook until steaks are no longer pink in center (about 10 minutes)

Transfering steaks to a platter, also bring the mix back to boil

In a small bowl, mix the cornstarch with the water

Pour into the boiling mixture

Continue to cook, stirring, until the mixture thickens.
