1 ½ lbs. Ground Beef
2 Cans Tomato Sauce (15 oz. each)
8 oz. Cream Cheese
8 oz. Sour Cream
8 oz. Egg Noodles
1 ½ cups Cheddar Cheese, shredded
2 tsp. Minced Garlic
1 tsp. Italian Seasoning
1 tsp. Sugar
Salt and Pepper to taste
INSTRUCTIONS:
1️ Preheat Oven: Set your oven to 350°F.
2️ Brown Beef: In a skillet, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess grease.
3️ Season Beef: Add Italian seasoning and garlic to the beef; cook for an additional 30 seconds.
4️ Add Tomato Sauce: Stir in tomato sauce, sugar, salt, and pepper; cook for 3-5 minutes.
5️ Cream Cheese Mixture: Combine sour cream and cream cheese in a bowl.
6️ Prepare Noodles: Cook egg noodles according to package instructions; drain.
7️ Layer Casserole: In a 9×13 baking dish, layer half the noodles, followed by half the cream cheese mixture, and then half the beef mixture. Repeat layers.
8️ Top with Cheese: Sprinkle cheddar cheese over the top layer.
9️ Bake: Place in the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly.
