INGREDIENTS:
You will need:
– 2 bananas, sliced lengthwise
– 1 pint vanilla ice cream
– 1 pint chocolate ice cream
– 1 pint strawberry ice cream
– 1 cup pineapple chunks
– 1 cup strawberry topping
– 1 cup hot fudge sauce, warmed
– 1 cup whipped cream (homemade or store-bought)
– 1/2 cup chopped nuts (such as walnuts or peanuts)
– Maraschino cherries (for garnish)
DIRECTIONS:
- Arrange the banana slices in two shallow dishes or banana split boats.
- Place three scoops of ice cream (vanilla, chocolate, and strawberry) between the banana slices in each dish.
- Spoon the pineapple chunks over the vanilla ice cream, strawberry topping over the strawberry ice cream, and drizzle the hot fudge sauce over the chocolate ice cream.
- Top each sundae with a generous dollop of whipped cream.
