5 Minute White Chocolate Caramel Pecan Fudge

INGREDIENTS

1 can Sweetened Condensed milk, 14 ounces

1 bag white chocolate chips

½ tsp vanilla

4 tbsp butter

1 cup pecans, chopped

¾ cup caramel sauce, at room temp

INSTRUCTIONS

FIRST STEP:

In a medium size bowl, add the white chocolate chips, butter, vanilla and the sweetened condensed milk.

Using the microwave, heat at 30 second intervals, stirring after each cycle.

SECOND STEP:

Continue at 15 second intervals until all chocolate is melted

Stir until smooth

THIRD STEP:

Remove from the microwave and add the pecans

Line a baking dish with parchment paper

FOURTH STEP:

Pour the melted chocolate into the dish and spread evenly so it is about an inch thick, or your preference of depth.

Open the jar of caramel sauce and drizzle over the top of the fudge

FIFTH STEP:

Using a knife, drag the knife through the chocolate and the caramel to make a marble effect.

Chill in the refrigerator until set.

Cut into one inch squares
